Us : 15-20 Days shipping fees is $8.99 dollars and order over $75 dollars shipping is free.
Canada : 15-20 Days Shipping fees is $10.99 dollars, over $100 dollars Shipping is free
Eu and Australia : 15-20 Days Shipping fees $13.99 dollars , Over $110 dollars shipping is free
Rest of the world: 15-20 Days Shipping fees is $16.99 dollars, over $115 dollars shipping is free.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer express delivery at the moment. We are working on our express delivery method to offer you the best possible service. We hope you understand that your customer experience and satisfaction are our priorities.
**Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 4 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. You will also receive e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.
Returns are only accepted and paid for by Jenie in the case of manufacturing defects, quality defects or order errors. In all other cases, the return of products will be paid for by the customer.
Once the parcel has been received and inspected, reimbursement will begin and will be made within 30 days using the payment method used by the customer.
- All returned items must be new, unused and with all original designer garment tags attached.
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 20-30 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
